the firm, Chris's expertise extends to all aspects of direct and
indirect taxation, with clients ranging from small and medium
enterprises to ASX listed companies.
Chris specialises in providing advice on large corporate
transactions and restructures, income tax consolidation, taxation
of financial arrangements, mining and exploration expenditure,
foreign branches and operations, income and capital losses and
private rulings. Chris is a member of the Institute of
Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of
Australia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company
Directors.
