Experience
Darren began his career in 1987 with a "Big Eight"
accounting firm, in the taxation consulting division.
After gaining experience on a variety of clients and high level
assignments Darren joined Mack & Co as a Taxation Manager in
1992. Darren became a partner of the practice in 1995.
Darren has over 24 years experience in providing taxation and
business consulting services. He specialises in advising on capital
gains tax matters, corporate restructures, tax effective business
structuring, and goods and services tax. Darren is a member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Fellow of the Taxation
Institute of Australia.
