Experience
Nicholas is a partner of PKF Mack
& Co and a registered company auditor. Nicholas began work in
the audit division of a medium sized accounting practice in Perth
in 1998. He also worked in a corporate consultancy group for one
year assisting in ASX listings and ASX compliance.
Nicholas has experience in audit
and accounting for clients in both listed and unlisted entities in
both this firm and when working for a previous employer. Nicholas
has 12 years public practice experience and is a Chartered
Accountant.
Nicholas has undertaken a number of
corporate consultancy engagements ranging from structuring and
set-up of entities within Australia to due diligence engagements,
feasibility study analysis and financial modelling.
Specialisations are around
manufacturing, IT, financial services, obtaining listing to the
ASX, start up companies in the resources sector and overseas
foreign companies with subsidiaries that operate in Australia.
Nicholas is a member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants.
