") in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy.
2. Mack & Co is bound by

3. Mack & Co will update
this privacy policy as required. If it is changed, the changes will
be posted on our website so that you are always aware of the sort
of information collected, how the information may be used, and
under what circumstances it may be disclosed by Mack & Co.
4. Please note that if at any
time Mack & Co is required by law to release information about
you or your organisation, Mack & Co must cooperate fully.

telephone or the Tax Agent Portal.
(c) When you send Mack &
Co an e-mail, we collect the information provided.
(d) Mack & Co collects
information from other third parties to enable us to provide you
with the service you have engaged us for.
What Happens If You Do

7. If you do not provide information that we request, Mack
& Co may not be able to provide you with taxation, business and
assurance services.
Why Does Mack & Co
Collect The Information And How Is Your Information Used By Mack
& Co?
8. Mack & Co collects the information to provide you with
a specific service. For example, we may use the information you
provide us with to complete your annual financial statements and
tax return.
9. Mack & Co also uses the
information to send you information (either by e-mail or post) that
you request. If at any time you receive material that you did not
request or do not want to receive such material any more, see

Who Does Mack & Co

10. Mack & Co will not sell, rent, trade or otherwise
supply to third parties any personal information obtained from you
unless you consent.
11. Mack & Co may engage
the services of contractors to carry out the same duties as
performed by an employee of the firm. Contractors engaged by
the firm are bound by the firm's privacy policy.

information under its control.

& Co's computer systems;

& Co's office and filing system;

Mack & Co's privacy policy by employees and contractors.

14. Mack & Co gives you the following options for
accessing and modifying information previously provided:
(a) You may gain access to
information that Mack & Co has collected about you, by
contacting the person named below. We will not charge you for
responding to such a request, unless we incur costs in providing
the information.
(b) You can notify necessary
corrections/updates to this information in writing or by
e-mail.
